  1. Address the user with the word “you”
  2. Include the right tone of voice
  3. Include photo of the team/self
  4. Include Call to Action

 
Content for the contact page

  1. Show that you want to hear from them
  2. Suggest time for a reply
  3. Add multiple ways of getting in touch
  4. Include social Media profiles
  5. Include physical Address
  6. Include details of any showrooms

 
Content for services and product pages

  1. Interview the client
  2. How will your product of service help your reader
  3. Seperate pages for each service
  4. Use the language & terms your clients use
  5. Focus on benefits as opposed to features
  6. Set a clear call-to-action

 
Content for Blog

  1. Write in a conversational tone
  2. Use as many or as few words as required
  3. Publish content you’re proud of
  4. Don’t worry about giving away valuable info
  5. Create a newsletter and calls to action for signup

 
Creating engaging content

  1. Consider the people who don’t land on the home page
  2. Consistent spelling and capitalization
  3. Include testimonials
  4. Include Calls to action
  5. Reduce word count as much as possible
  6. Remove exclamation marks
  7. Avoid passive voice
  8. Sentence length should be around 14words
  9. Use plain English

 
Readability

  1. Keep lines short
  2. Use a large font size for text
  3. Break your text with white space and images
  4. Left align text
  5. Make sure you have good contrast
  6. Makes headlines larger or stand out
  7. Use bullet points
